Oak Hill Acquisitions started with two brothers that had a passion for helping people and real estate. Shaun Sanville and his brother, Kyle, started Oak Hill Acquisitions in 2022 when they wanted to turn their passion for real estate into a business that could give back to the region that they loved.
They started in real estate by buying and renovating homes in New Hampshire but realized they had so much more to offer their communities. They’ve had too many bad experiences with the traditional route of buying a home whether it be working with an agent that didn’t care about helping their client and only getting their commission or dealing with banks that made people jump through too many hoops. They sought out to make the process of selling a home easier and a better experience.
Today they’ve done just that. Whether it be connecting the everyday seller with the right people in the industry or buying the property and making the process headache free. Ashley’s journey with Oak Hill began when she met Shaun through the Subto community. Recognizing her potential, Shaun was immediately impressed by Ashley’s vibrant personality and her ability to connect with people. He believed she would excel as a closer—and he was right.
