At first I was somewhat skeptical about one of these “too good to be true” home buying/selling deals. I figured what the heck though, what do I have to lose. I needed to sell my home asap but it also needed some work. In the middle of a divorce I had very limited cash so I reached out to Shaun. They were very responsive and answered every question I had. I even got a lawyer to look over the terms and when we wanted some things changed there was no hesitation on their part to either change it or explain it. I signed the contract and they basically took over from there. Such an easy process for me and I got exactly what we agreed upon in the end. I had such a great experience working with Shaun and OHA to sell my home and I would recommend them to anyone in the future!

“Ron and I cannot say enough about the great things Ashley has done for us! The house was not on the market anywhere nor was it listed. This was a project we started and had high hopes to complete. But thru a series of vandalism, it took the wind out of our sails. Ashley was persistent, which is a good thing, in talking with Ron about the house.
I did a walk through with her and she listened patiently while I told her about the house and all the issues we had. Very understanding of Ron’s PTSD (combat veteran) and how this last vandalism affected him to the point he could not go back to the house.
